PALMER PARK, MD (AP) – Prince George's County Police are identifying another suspect wanted for a recent homicide.
Police say 24-year-old Terrell Bush of Laurel is wanted in the shooting death of a Landover Hills man on April 30. Police say a warrant has been issued for Bush's arrest.
Thirty-five-year-old Charles Craig was gunned down on Laurel-Bowie Road in Laurel.
Police have also identified four other suspects wanted for murders committed in the past few months. One of them --Kevin Jackson--was arrested Monday after he turned himself in.

WASHINGTON (AP) – Nearly four years after the 9/11 attacks, Reagan National remains off-limits to private planes.

The fear now is that after those pilots wandered in the no-fly zone--triggering panic at the Capital and the White House--things won't change anytime soon.

Northern Virginia Congressman Jim Moran is among the lawmakers who have been pushing to bring small planes back to the airport in Arlington. And he believes after three years of lobbying, supporters were as close as they had ever been--possibly just three months away from ending the ban.

NEWARK, DE (AP) – The University of Delaware's president is praising the university community for pulling together to cope with the murder this month of a 20-year-old student.

Linsdsey Bonistall of White Plains, NY, was strangled May 1. Her body was discoverd at her apartment under debris from a deliberately set fire.

In an e-mail message today, UD President David Roselle announced a new $50,000 scholarship fund in Bonistall's memory

Roselle also reminds students to take safety precautions and use the counseling services available to them.

ANNAPOLIS, MD (AP) – An Anne Arundel County jury Thursday acquitted a Pasadena teen of manslaughter in the beating death of 17-year-old Jamahl Jones.

The jury found Jacob Fortney not guilty on all counts after deliberating for approximately 3 hours.

Fortney hugged his friends and family and some friends cheered, but defense attorneys told them to tone it down because a young man had still died. Fortney declined to comment on his way out of the courthouse.

Frederick,, MD (AP) – Maryland State Police say a small plane that entered restricted airspace over the U.S. Capitol and White House Wednesday has landed at Frederick Municipal Airport in western Maryland.
Sgt. William Elliott said the 1977 single engine Cessna set down shortly after 12:30pm.
Police say the plane has been impounded and the pilot is being detained for questioning.
A small plane breached the security zone over Washington earlier Wednesday setting off security alerts across the city.

ANNAPOLIS, MD (AP) – The defense has rested and the jury has been dismissed in the trial of a 19-year-old Anne Arundel County man charged with manslaughter in the death of another teen during a fight at a house party last summer.
On Wednesday, the defense attacked the testimony of a state witness who said he saw the defendant, Jacob Fortney run and jump on the head of 17-year-old victim Jamahl Jones.
Co-defendant Joshua Bradley testified Tuesday that he saw Fortney perform such a kick.

Bishopville, MD (AP) – Nine juveniles face charges of malicious destruction of property following an investigation of a B.B. gun spree in northern Worcester County.
A Worcester County Bureau of Investigations probe revealed that the kids used anything from B.B. guns to sling shots to destroy car and home windows.
The crimes occured on Fridays and Saturdays from February into May.
State police and officers in Ocean Pines and Worcester County have taken more than 35 reports of B.B. gun shootings. The has caused more than $15,000 in property damage.

RICHMOND, VA (AP) – Snipers John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo will stand trial next in Maryland, where six of the 10 slayings in a murderous spree took place.
That was the determination Tuesday of Governor Mark Warner.
44-year-old Muhammad and 20-year-old Malvo face extradition across the Potomac for additional trials in the ambush shootings that terrorized the Washington, D.C. region in the fall of 2002.

ANNAPOLIS, MD (AP) – A key state witness testified Tuesday that a man on trial for the beating death of a Pasadena teenager bragged about the assault afterwards.
Co-defendant Joshua Bradley was testifying under a plea agreement with prosecutors in the trial of 19-years-old Jacob Fortney. Fortney is charged with manslaughter and related offenses in the death of 17-year-old Jamahl Jones, who died from brain injuries he received during a fight last summer.

WILMINGTON, DE (AP) – A Newark auto dealer group has been ordered to stop advetising that violates Delaware's Consumer Protection Laws.
The dealership operates the Martin Honda, Kia, Olds and Mazda car lots in Newark.
The order from Judge Charles Toliver comes after an undercover investigation conducted by the state Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit.
The state alleges that the auto dealer included false claims in its ads in various Wilmington-area publications.
