Body found inside Rehoboth-area business

REHOBOTH BEACH, DE – (AP) Delaware State Police say a Sussex County business owner opened up his store Sunday morning and found a man dead inside.

Police believe the man was in the middle of burglarizing the store when he died unexpectedly.

The man was slouched over in a chair in an office at Aqua Leisure Plus, a Rehoboth Beach-area business that sells spas, pools and billiards equipment.

Police say the owner discovered the man around 10:50 Sunday morning and called 911.

The body was taken to the state Medical Examiner's office, and police say they won't release his name until family members are notified.
