Man's body found on Delaware Beach

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) – Delaware state police say a man's body has washed up on the beach just south of Rehoboth.

Police say it appears the body of 34-year-old Oliver Shockley of Milford washed up on the beach south of Prospect Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Thursday.

Troopers say the Medical Examiner's Office ruled the cause of death was accidental and the manner was drowning.

The death remains under investigation.
