Millsboro man charged with arson

MILLSBORO, Del. – (AP) Delaware officials say a 28-year-old Millsboro man was charged with arson in a domestic related incident near Laurel.

The incident happened shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday in the 30000 block of Firetower Road.

Delaware State Police and the State Fire Marshal's Office has also charged Robert Hammond with six counts of reckless endangering and violation of a protection from abuse order.

He was held at Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown in lieu of $22,000 cash bond.
