Phil. father abducts son from Delaware girlfriend

LINCOLN, Del. (AP) – Delaware State Police say a Philadelphia man under court order to stay away from his ex-girlfriend kidnapped his 5-year-old son from her Lincoln home.
Zion Duprey was taken about 12:30 p.m. Saturday and a car belonging to his father, Angel Duprey, was found Saturday night on Delaware Route 1.

State police Lt. Melissa Zebley said a caller told police that a woman he knows picked up a man and a child and drove them to Peoples Plaza off U.S. 40 in Bear. Zebley says police canvassed the area without success and are attempting to contact the woman.

State Police say the 30-year-old father, who has three children with his ex-girlfriend, lives in Philadelphia and they have notified Pennsylvania authorities about the abduction.
