PRINCESS ANNE, Md.-– Looking to dine on a gourmet meal while enjoying a lively show? Then be sure to get a ticket, on sale March 3, to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore’s 2014 Dinner Theatre production “Motown N Mo,’ Take 3.”
Players from the university’s drama society take to the stage for an 8 p.m. curtain time in the Richard A. Henson Center following dinner seating beginning at 6 p.m.
General Director Brendan Cooke said Wednesday that the company pulled the $179,000 production of Verdi's "Il Trovatore" to avoid worsening its deficit. Refunds will be issued to nearly 650 patrons who already purchased tickets.
